Recipe – Healthy Chocolate Dippers

Still got lots of chocolate left over from Easter?
Why not make some treats by chocolate-dipping a variety of healthy snacks.

Suggested Ingredients:

Milk, Dark or White Chocolate

Dried Apricots
Chopped Bananas
Strawberries
Mini Breadsticks
Slices of Apple

Step 1: Line a baking tray or plate with some tin foil.

Step 2: Fill a small saucepan half full with water. Place your chocolate pieces into a heatproof bowl and place over the water. (Make sure that the bowl does not actually touch the water!) Place the saucepan onto the hob until the water is simmering.

Step 3: Heat your chocolate by stirring with a wooden spoon.

Step 4: Dunk your dippers into the chocolate up to halfway, then place them onto the tin foil.

Step 5: Put them in the fridge to cool and cover them.
